Janet

I am ...
I am from The Romanian Church Across the street,
And The Mill Factories,
I am from Tenement Houses and lots of kids,
And Sundays at my grandfathers farm.
I am from Happy and friendly,
From The old man who chased kids out of his yard.
From Different generations and nationalities.
From “Jesus Christ! Who invited you to this party”,
I wish for more schools more variety.

Donna

I am ...

I am from the sound of a street vendor in the morning as a little girl,
And Par/x Bakery.
I am from the first snowy day of the winter, sledding down blocked off forbidden roads,
And Grandpa singing in the woods, chopping down trees.
I am from mixed up French and English,
From No patients for rude people.
From small community and a sense of coziness.
From “Don’t be shy of people”,
I wish for more available for people.
I wish for fulfillment, that’s every mothers wish I would think.
